Organic jumbo rolled oats, honey, whole almonds (18%), organic pumpkin seeds, organic sunflower seeds, extra virgin olive oil, organic sesame seeds, organic linseeds. We do not use stabilisers, emulsifiers, flavourings, anti-caking agents, etc.
