Origin Story

I have always been on the look-out for foods that are truly not-put-downable, that are made in the UK and do not contain ingredients I can't pronounce or find in my own kitchen (how tired are we of ultra processed foods, am I right?). 

The recipe I keep going back to is my almond granola. I've been making it for years and it ticks all the boxes. The Edinburgh Granola Company was created to share this artisan granola with you. We hope you love it as much as we do. 

We are nuts about this granola. Our products are made by hand in small batches in Edinburgh. We combine simple, whole ingredients (you won't find any stabilisers, emulsifiers or other mystery ingredients here), sprinkle a little EGC magic, and bake until golden and crunchy.

Many of our ingredients are organic but, because organic options aren’t always available year-round, we can’t label every product as organic. Rest assured, though, we are always looking for ways to make our products as organic as possible because it's better for you and better for the planet.

Packaging...we are so sick of all the plastic. We use packaging that is better for the environment and we are working to make it even more sustainable.
