Origin Story

I have always been on the look-out for foods that are truly not-put-downable, that are made in the UK and do not contain ingredients I can't pronounce or find in my own kitchen (how tired are we of ultra processed foods, am I right?). I am also really sick of plastic packaging.

The recipe I keep going back to is my almond granola. I've been making it for years and it ticks all the boxes. The edinburgh granola company was created to share this granola with you. We hope you love it as much as we do. 

We are nuts about granola. Our products are made by hand in small batches in Edinburgh. We combine simple, whole ingredients (you won't find anything you can't pronounce here), sprinkle a little EGC magic, and bake until golden and crunchy. We use packaging that is better for the environment and we are working to make it even better.
